I work mainly with small and medium-sized businesses, typically with 20–200 employees. I also help smaller organisations with defined improvements and larger teams that need additional project expertise.
My experience is particularly relevant to project-based businesses in professional services, engineering, energy and construction — although the problems I solve aren't limited to those sectors.

Experience with the technology and the business behind it.
Before working independently, I spent around seven years at Locogen, a UK renewable energy developer, consultancy and asset manager, ultimately leading its IT & Systems function.
That meant working across finance, operations, sales, HR and project delivery — understanding what teams needed and putting the right systems, reporting and processes in place.
